Homemade Ketchup

- 12 oz tomato paste
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tsp sugar (I use cane sugar)
- 2 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients into a medium size pot and mix until smooth.
Place your pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the contents start to bubble.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pot from the stove and let cool.
Store your ketchup in the refrigerator, in an airtight container (I like to use a larger mason jar).
